termination of the contract and therefore any offers or benefits related to the specific contract, as
and when decided by the Octiot, IPREALM Technologies Pvt Ltd - Your rights of repair or replacement of any Products or any part or parts thereof which are found
to be defective will (except where agreed otherwise) be negated or rendered void if it do not
comply with the conditions as mentioned in the warranty registration consent section, agreed
upon at the time of warranty registration process
